Rebecca Arbaje, MS, CCC-SLP, TSSLD
Co-Founder; Speech Therapist
Becca received both her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Adelphi University. She has a New York State license, American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) certificate. Becca has focused on treating Early Intervention and preschool age children with varying needs, including speech sound disorders and expressive/receptive language. She is passionate about working with the pediatric population and including fun in all her sessions. She values the quick rapport that she naturally creates with her students. Becca places importance on client-therapist relationships, as she has seen how it affects the effectiveness of therapy and builds confidence in the children as they work on their weaknesses.
Naomi Dilmanian, PT, DPT
Co-Founder; Physical Therapist
Naomi earned her clinical doctorate degree in physical therapy from Touro College (now Touro University) and has been a New York State licensed physical therapist since 2020. Naomi has been a credentialed clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association since May of 2025.
Throughout her career she has worked with infants, children, and young adults with varying diagnoses including those with orthopedic and neurological impairments as well as those with gross motor and developmental delays. She has treated children in the outpatient clinic setting, school-based setting, and inpatient setting. Naomi places emphasis on utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment. This includes collaborating with the child’s OT, SLP, teacher, etc. Additionally, Naomi encourages family involvement in the child’s therapy goals.
Melissa K. Gerber, OTD, MS, OTR/L
Co-Founder; Occupational Therapist
Dr. Gerber is a licensed occupational therapist with over 32 years of clinical experience, including the past 25 years in school-based practice. After graduating from the University at Buffalo, she began her career at NYU Medical Center’s Rusk Institute, where she provided inpatient rehabilitation services to adults with stroke and traumatic brain injuries.
In 2011, Dr. Gerber earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and subsequently completed her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. She is a national presenter who conducts professional development workshops on visual processing, visual perceptual skills, visual-motor integration, and Developmental Coordination Disorder through Education Resources Inc. and Therapeutic Services Inc.
Dr. Gerber also presents workshops focused on intervention strategies for occupational and physical therapists working with individuals with intensive needs. Her courses emphasize body awareness, spatial awareness, and aligning motor-based interventions with educational concepts.
In addition, Dr. Gerber co-authored the school-based practice chapter in The Quintessential OT, which has been adopted as a teaching resource in graduate occupational therapy programs. She is recognized as a dynamic and engaging speaker who is committed to advancing evidence-based practice and supporting therapists in educational settings.
Alexandra Jordan, MS, OTR/L
Co-Founder; Occupational Therapist
Alexandra Jordan has her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from New York University. She is a registered Occupational Therapist and holds a New York State License. Alexandra initially began her career working with adults in the acute care setting at NYU Langone Medical Center. She also has experience working with adults in the home care setting. In 2022, she transitioned into working in pediatrics. She now specializes in school-based and early intervention occupational therapy. Alexandra has a strong passion for helping children of all ages meet developmental milestones through fun and play. Alexandra currently resides on the North Shore of Long Island, with her two young children and her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and playing with her children.
